US SOFTEC provides IT solutions, including but not limited to software development, system integration, cloud services, network management, cybersecurity, web development, content writing, graphic design, digital marketing, motion graphic and IT consulting.We strive to provide uninterrupted services, but we do not guarantee that our services will be free from errors, interruptions, or downtimes. Scheduled maintenance may occur, and we will endeavor to notify clients in advance.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for us to deliver the services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.We respect your confidential information and agree not to disclose it to third parties, except where required by law. You also agree to protect any confidential information provided by us.
All intellectual property rights in our software, designs, and other materials remain the property of US SOFTEC . Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software and materials for the agreed purpose.Our services are provided on a fee basis as agreed upon in the service agreement or project proposal. All invoices must be paid within [insert number of days] days from the date of issue. Late payments may incur additional charges.
US SOFTEC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. 1. Introduction
US SOFTEC (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, software, and website. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

2 . Services
US SOFTEC provides IT solutions, including but not limited to software development, system integration, cloud services, network management, cybersecurity, web development, content writing, graphic design, digital marketing, motion graphic and IT consulting.
2.1 Payment Terms

US SOFTEC (8712 175TH STREET, APT 6C,JAMAICA, NY-11432, USA.) processes card payments from the U.S. and Stripe Limited processes card payments from inside the U.S. and its subsidiaries.US SOFTEC are collectively referred to as “WCUI” “we” or “us”.
Please read these Payment Terms carefully before making or receiving payments through the Site. By making or receiving payments through the Site, you accept and agree, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your employer or any other entity (if applicable), to be bound and abide by these Payment Terms.
2.2. Key Terms
Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
US SOFTEC is the aggregated amount of your Revenue as a Seller and/or returned payments from canceled Orders (or canceled Weekly Report) as a Buyer and/or your US SOFTEC Pro Balance (as defined in the US SOFTEC Pro Terms of Service).
Payment Services Provider(s) are service providers that provide payment services to Buyers and Sellers in connection with the US SOFTEC platform, including with respect to collection of funds from Buyers in connection with purchases, remittance and withdrawal of funds to Sellers, currency exchange services in connection with payments and withdrawals in local currencies, and the holding of funds in connection with US SOFTEC
3. Receiving Payments
3.1 General ( Get The Service First - Then Pay )
Our services are provided on a fee basis as agreed upon in the service agreement or project proposal. All invoices must be paid within [24 hours] days from the issue date. Late payments may incur additional charges.

US SOFTEC provides financial infrastructure for the internet. Individuals and businesses of all sizes use our technology and services to facilitate purchases, accept payments, send payouts, and manage online businesses.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the Personal Data we collect, how we use and share it, along with details on how you can reach out to us with privacy-related inquiries. Additionally, the Policy outlines your rights as a data subject and choices you have, including the right to object to certain usages of your Personal Data by us. In this Policy, “Stripe”, “we”, “our,” or “us” refers to the Stripe entity responsible for the collection, use, and handling of Personal Data as described in this document. Depending on your jurisdiction, the specific Stripe entity accountable for your Personal Data might vary.
“Personal Data” refers to any information associated with an identified or identifiable individual, which can include data that you provide to us, and we collect about you during your interaction with our Services (such as device information, IP address, etc.).
“Services” refer to the products and services provided by Stripe under the Stripe Services Agreement and the Stripe Consumer Terms of Service. This may include devices and applications provided by Stripe. Our “Business Services” are services that we provide to entities (“Business Users”) that directly and indirectly provide us with “End Customer” Personal Data in connection with their own business operations and activities. Our “End User Services” are those that Stripe provides directly to individuals for their personal use. “Sites” refer to Stripe.com, Link.com, and other Stripe websites, apps, and online services. Collectively, we refer to Sites, Business Services, and End User Services as “Services.”
“Financial Partners” are financial institutions, banks, and other partners such as payment method acquirers, payout providers, and card networks that we partner with to provide the Services.
Depending on the context, “you” might be an End Customer, End User, Representative, or Visitor:
- When you use an End User Service for personal use, such as signing up for Link, we refer to you as an “End User.”
- When you do business with, or otherwise engage in a transaction with a Business User, such as buying a pair of shoes from a Business User using Stripe Checkout for payment processing, but are not directly transacting with Stripe, we refer to you as an “End Customer.”
- When you are acting on behalf of an existing or potential Business User—perhaps as a company founder, account administrator for a Business User, or a recipient of an employee credit card from a Business User via Stripe Issuing—we categorize you as a “Representative.”
- When you interact with Stripe by visiting a Site without being logged into a Stripe account, or when your interaction with Stripe does not involve you being an End User, End Customer, or Representative, you are considered a “Visitor.” For example, you are a Visitor when you send a message to Stripe asking for more information about our Services.
In this Policy, “Transaction Data” refers to data collected and used by Stripe to facilitate transactions you request. Some Transaction Data is Personal Data and may include: your name, email address, contact number, billing and shipping address, payment method information (like credit or debit card number, bank account details, or payment card image chosen by you), merchant and location details, amount and date of purchase, and in some instances, information about what was purchased.
Depending on the activity, Stripe assumes the role of a “data controller” and/or “data processor” (or “service provider”) based on the activity. 4. Withdrawing Payment
- Programmatically send fast payouts to your sellers, freelancers, creators, or service providers around the world. Whether you fund your payouts using payments accepted with Stripe or directly from your bank account, you can use our infrastructure to automate your payout workflows, offload Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and simplify verifications.
4.1 Withdrawal Methods
- Below are the applicable withdrawal methods and withdrawal fees as charged by the Payment Services Providers:
- Withdraw to your PayPal Business Account - US$0 Fee*. For a list of PayPal services by country .
- USA Local Bank Transfer (LBT) - US$3 per transfer*. For more information, see pricing and fees. Available only in the USA.
- Direct Deposit (ACH) - US$1 per transfer*. For more information, see pricing and fees. Available only in the USA.
* Payment Services Providers may apply additional fees based on your location and currency.
5. Offer Promo Codes
From time to time we may offer you promo codes for purchasing other services offered on the Site, on special discounts. Promo Codes are valid only for purchases on US SOFTEC and are subject to different time limitations and will expire after their predefined term. To exercise your promo code, simply enter the code on the checkout page. If you fail to do so, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Promo codes are limited to one use per user and may not be used or combined with any other promotion. For Orders that are composed of one or more milestones, the promo code will apply to the first milestone only. Promo Codes do not apply to US SOFTEC . Promo codes may be subject to additional conditions and restrictions as will be disclosed to you upon receipt of the promo codes. Promo codes may be voided in the event of fraud, misuse, or violation of the Terms of Service.US SOFTEC reserves the right to modify or cancel promo codes at any time.
6. Taxes
- US SOFTEC may be required by applicable laws to charge users with indirect taxes (such as Sales Tax, VAT or GST) or to withhold taxes. Any amount US SOFTEC will be required to collect will be in addition to the purchase amount and any other fees payable by the Buyer, and any amount US SOFTEC will be required to withhold will be deducted from the Seller’s revenue, as required by applicable laws.
- Indirect taxes are in addition to the price shown on the site, and in any event, any such taxes will always be displayed to the Buyer before payment.
- Users are responsible for paying any direct or indirect taxes, including any GST, VAT, or income tax, which may apply to them depending on residency, location or otherwise, under provisions of their jurisdiction.
7. PLace Order & Cancellations
- US SOFTEC encourages Buyers to resolve service disputes mutually using the Resolution Center.
- Eligibility for requests by US SOFTEC to cancel an Order will be assessed by US SOFTEC based on potential misconduct, violations of our Terms of Service and our Community Standards and improper usage of theUS SOFTEC delivery system.
- Completed Orders (or, where applicable, completed milestones) may be canceled, upon review of our Customer Support team, based on potential misconduct, violations of our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards, up to 14 days after the Order (or Milestone) is marked as complete. Please be advised that Orders cannot be partially canceled (i.e. we can only cancel the entire Order when it is justified). For Hourly Contracts, completed Weekly Reports, may be canceled, upon review of our Customer Support team, based on potential misconduct, violations of our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards, up to 7 days after the Weekly Report is marked as Complete.
7.1 Active Orders
(After requirements were submitted to the Seller and before the Seller delivers on US SOFTEC):
- The buyer is late and unresponsive for more than 24 hours while the Order is marked as Late.
- Users are abusive towards the other party through threats of low ratings or leveraging Order materials (such as logins, personal information) against each other.
- Users supplied or included copyright/trademark infringing materials as part of their requirements or the Seller’s delivery.
- The user is no longer an active US SOFTEC user due to Terms of Service violations or closure of their account.
7.2 Delivered Orders
After the buyer clicks Order Now and before the Order is marked as completed,Get The service within 24 hours – Then pay
- The buyer uses the delivery system to extend the delivery due date to complete the requested service without providing the final delivered service. Note: Multiple reported offenses will result in permanent suspension of your account.
- The Seller delivers no files and/or proof of work related to the agreed upon Order requirements. Note: Subjectivity of the materials in question will be reviewed by our Customer Support team.
- The Seller requests additional payments, on or off the US SOFTEC platform, by withholding the final delivery of services directly related to the agreed requirements.
8. Refunds ( Get The Service First - Then Pay )
- US SOFTEC does not automatically refund payments made for canceled orders, or for Hourly Contracts - canceled Weekly Report, back to your payment provider. Funds from cancellations are returned to the Buyer's US SOFTEC Balance and are available for future purchases on US SOFTEC .
- Refunds from Buyer US SOFTEC Balance (i.e. refunds directly to your payment provider) can be requested from the billing page. The refund will be based on your payment method(s), amount and currency. To prevent fraud and abuse, we limit the total amount of times users can request a payment provider refund, which is subject to review by our Customer Support team. Such refunds may be subject to an additional fee.
- Sellers may offer a partial refund with respect to a specific Order or Weekly Report to the Buyer. Upon acceptance by the Buyer of such partial refund, the amount will be automatically refunded to the Buyer‘s payment method. In the event that US SOFTEC will not be able to refund the agreed amount to Buyer’s payment method, such amount will be added to Buyer’s US SOFTEC Balance.
9. Governing Law
Any claims pursuant to these payment terms related to the processing of transactions and card payments from the U.S. will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, and any claims pursuant to these payment terms related to the processing of transactions and card payments outside of the U.S. will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States (USA) .
